The Revd Nat Garrett welcomed onto the airwaves

If you have ever tuned into BBC Radio you may have come across the segment 'Pause for Thought'.

It is an important slot in the broadcasting schedule which encourages audiences to reflect on a theme. The slots are often facilitated by a religious minister whose beliefs can both connect and challenge listeners.

Our very own Associate Minister, Revd Natalie Garrett, has been welcomed onto the airwaves and some of her most recent contributions can still be heard online or on the BBC sounds app.

Here are a few to start with:

Natalie Garrett: "Suffering isn’t the end of the story" >> bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0jjnkr2

Natalie Garrett: "The greatest triumph of love in action" >> bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0jhbndy

Natalie Garrett: "Like plants, friendships need care, time, attention." >> bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0jftrhs
