Alcoholics Anonymous
If you think you have a problem with drinking, The AA are there to help. If you are having trouble with your drinking, you may be interested to know something about Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and the AA programme of recovery.
Bishop's Cleeve holds 1 of some 60+ groups in the local area under the name of 'Severn Intergroup'.

Bereavement Support Group
Second Saturday, 10.30am-12 noon
St Michael's Centre
This friendly and welcoming group meets monthly on the second Saturday of the month.
An opportunity to meet with others who have been bereaved for a coffee/tea and chat-come and stay for as long as you wish.

CAP Centre, CheltenhamList Item 1
Christians Against Poverty is a national debt counselling charity with a network of debt centres based in local churches. CAP offers hope and a solution to people in debt through its top quality, in-depth service.
Christian City Church Cheltenham has partnered with CAP to offer debt counselling in our community. The service we offer is completely free.

Citizens Advice
Citzens Advice give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
Theyare help everyone who needs it with practical advice you can really trust. The national charity and network of local charities offer confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.
North and West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice and its various outreaches are primarily for the residents of Gloucester, Cheltenham, Forest of Dean and Tewkesbury Local Authority districts.

Drug and alcohol services Gloucestershire (VIA)
Worried about your own or someone else’s alcohol or drug use? VIA provide free and confidential advice, care and support for people in Gloucestershire aged 18+.
You can visit one of their sites in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Cinderford, or contact them by phone or email.
You can also fill in an online form and once they've received it, they'll get in touch with you.

Repair CafeList Item 3
Bishop's Cleeve Repair Cafe is run by Transition Cleeve. Bring along anything that needs repairing and they will try to fix it. (This is a brand-new initiative supported by Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council.)
When: Saturday 12 October. (launch)
Venue: Bishop's Cleeve Community Centre (next to the library).
Time: 2pm to 4pm
